If you are looking to have a fast, amped up shake, I have five for you to try out. These can help you get a good start to your morning. Check the calories and macros listed for each one to help you determine if it's good for your dietary needs. If you want low-carb, you might want to avoid the green smoothie. If you are on keto or carnivore, try the basic bitch. Also, be aware that the numbers will change depending on brand of protein powder used.
Honestly, I have a Basic Bitch protein shake every morning - after the gym, while I'm making breakfast. It's fast to make and it's fast to suck down. I pair it with eggs and bacon, but I can no longer deal with many carbs (I won't get into it). What I'm getting at here, is that you can have a shake and still have some additional items.
