Patrol Log, 5/16/2025

Went on an after-dinner patrol tonight from 6:15pm to 6:45pm. Walked the perimeter of the downtown area tonight with a stop at the cemetery.

It's sunny, like always in the summer months in Fairbanks. We've been having some crazy wind, so I decided to wear a vest tonight. It's been getting into the 40s at night, so there aren't as many people hanging out downtown.

Since this is my second patrol, I've been traveling light. Wearing my colors, getting a feel for what the norm is and is not, and starting to be seen in the area walking around.

I recorded my patrol, but I didn't really talk to the camera or anything. You'll see that once I get to the waterfront there are some groups of people hanging around. No one was doing anything out of sorts.
