RLSH Community

The Real-Life Superhero (RLSH) Community has been around since 1998.  These RLSH don superhero uniforms to do their work.

Types of RLSH:

  • Community Service Only - These supers aim to bring attention to their community service efforts.

  • Crime Fighters - These supers aim to stop crime in its tracks.

  • Mixed Service - These supers do a little community service and a little crime fighting.


While anyone can become a real-life superhero, it's generally those who train regularly and who find no qualms about being out in public in their uniform who make it as a regular RLSH.


General RLSH Do’s and Don’t’s

  • DO create your own superhero persona.

  • DO use that persona to express yourself.

  • DO understand general ethics, morality, and law.

  • DO know basic first aid, CPR, and AED.

  • DON’T use a name already taken.

  • DON’T use a copyright name like “Batman”.

  • DON’T change your superhero persona regularly/chaotically.

  • DON’T patrol if you have zero training.
